Although born and raised in Camigliatello Silano, Italy, Francesco Celestino now calls Barrie, Ontario home with his young family. With a rich and diverse background in Italian cuisine, he brings to the community a love and passion for traditional culinary traditions from his hometown. The rising trend of food delivery and focus on supporting local businesses pushed him into becoming a foodpreneur and his new culinary adventure.
A ghost kitchen is not as scary as it sounds. How it works is we rent out a licensed and inspected commercial kitchen in the local community, so we have a safe place to make our specialties. We then freeze them on site, and deliver them throughout the week to our loyal customers. It's a win-win situation where we get to try out our new food venture safely, a local business gets much needed financial support, and our customers receive delicious and affordable dishes, delivered straight to their home!
