You'll be delighted, not only with fresh and authentic Southern Italian cuisine, but also memorable serenading and entertainment throughout the night. These menu items are starting points and can be completely customized to your taste and revamped to suit your party's needs.
Charcuterie Board- aged, regional cheeses, Calabrese cold cuts, marinated olives, pickled and seasoned vegetables and a variety of dips to open the palate.
Arancini Tipici- Traditional and lightly fried rice balls served with marinara sauce on the side
Polpette di Melanzane- Eggplant "meat" balls lightly fried and served hot.
Beef Carpaccio- Beef tenderloin sliced to order and drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, topped with arugula and shaved parmigiano
Caprese Salad- Seasonal tomatoes, bufala mozzarealla and fresh basil drizzled with extra virgin oiive oil
Polpette al sugo- Calabrese meatballs served with a marinara sauce and topped with parmigiano
White Wine Garlic Shrimp- Marinated and sautéed in lemon, white wine, garlic and butter
Spiedini- Lamb, Chicken or beef skewers marinated and grilled to order
Mini eggplant parmigiana- small eggplant towers, layered with fresh mozzarella, basil and marinara sauce
Traditional Meat Lasagna- Layers of fresh pasta sheets, bolognese sauce, béchamel sauce and parmigiano and mozzarella
Paccheri alla Sorentina- Paccheri served in a fresh tomato sauce, garlic, basil and topped with shaved parmigiano
Handmade Ravioli- Spinach and ricotta stuffed handmade ravioli tossed in a mushroom, cognac cream sauce (or a sauce of your choice)
Fettucine Boscaiola- Handmade fettucine tossed with mushrooms and pancetta in a creamy white wine garlic sauce.
Risotto Mare- Mussels, calamari, shrimp and clams tossed in a white wine tomato sauce and served over creamy, Arborio rice.

Porchetta- Boneless, pork roast served on an Italian bun with sautéed sweet peppers and onions.
Osso Buco- Braised veal shank in a wine reduction served with roasted root vegetables.
Chicken Scallopini ai Funghi- Thinly sliced chicken breast sautéed with a variety of mushroom in a white wine garlic sauce alongside broccolini and roasted potatoes.
Pan seared Salmon- Pan seared salmon glazed with a honey garlic marinade and served with roasted vegetables.
Lamb Shank- Braised lamb shank served with a red wine reduction, roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
Classic Tiramisu- Layers of Savoiardi cookies, coffee liqueur, espresso and mascarpone cheese
Cannoli- cannoli shells freshly piped with ricotta and orange zest
Creme Brulee- A creamy custard with a brittle top of melted sugar
Profiteroles- Baked puff pastry filled with crema pasticcera (pastry cream)
